The Role
As Roofing Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for the delivery of multiple commercial roofing projects across the region. Projects typically involve a mix of flat roofing systems including built up felt, liquid applied waterproofing and single ply systems.
Key responsibilities will include managing programmes, budgets and quality across live projects, leading site teams and subcontractors, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring Health and Safety standards are met and exceeded at all times. You will play a central role in supporting operational performance and contributing to the ongoing development of the wider management team.
The Ideal Candidate
You will be an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in commercial roofing. You will have hands on experience delivering flat roofing projects and a solid technical understanding of systems such as felt, liquid and single ply. Strong leadership skills, commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential, along with a proactive and professional approach to both clients and site teams.
