Reynco Ltd are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of high-value construction projects in the façades sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established specialist contractor where you’ll play a key role in delivering complex external projects valued at £10m+.

With a strong reputation for technical delivery and a track record of securing repeat business, they operate on projects in excess of £10m and are known for innovation, quality, and professionalism. The Role
As Project Manager, you’ll report directly to the Head of Operations and work closely with Design, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to successfully deliver projects from sales handover through to final account close. You’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of projects — from concept and design development through to construction, delivery, and completion. This requires a strong design awareness and the ability to work collaboratively with technical teams to ensure buildability and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Taking ownership of the full project lifecycle from conception and design through to construction and handover.
Leading, managing, and coaching site teams across multiple projects.
Working closely with design teams to review drawings, resolve technical challenges, and ensure compliance.
Overseeing project budgets, programmes, and risk management strategies.
Allocating labour and resources effectively.
Attending bi-weekly project review meetings with senior leadership.
Supporting contracts managers with contractual compliance and decision-making.
Driving customer satisfaction and ensuring successful delivery of scope changes and variations.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a proactive leader with both technical and commercial expertise who thrives under pressure.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ project management experience in construction.
Proven track record delivering façade projects valued £10m+.
Strong design awareness and ability to collaborate with technical/design teams.
Financial and contractual expertise.
Black CSCS Card (or equivalent).
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple budgets.
Personal Qualities:
A relationship builder with clients and colleagues.
Solution-focused, resilient, and calm under pressure.
Commercially astute with attention to detail.
Capable of thinking strategically whilst remaining hands-on operationally.
