Senior Quantity Surveyor – Façade Contractor
Location: North West/Lancashire (with regular travel to Scotland, approx. twice per month)

What You’ll Do
- Take full commercial ownership of multiple façade projects, from contract award to final account.
- Manage cost planning, reporting, and forecasting with accuracy and control.
- Lead on valuations, variations, procurement, and subcontractor management.
- Negotiate robustly with clients and supply chain partners.
- Provide insightful commercial reporting to protect margin and manage risk.
- Visit live sites and clients across the UK (including travel to Scotland a couple of times per month).
- Mentor junior QS staff and support the growth of the commercial team.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in façades, cladding, curtain walling or specialist building envelope projects.
- Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
- Strong commercial, contractual, and financial management expertise.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, detail-focused mindset with the resilience to deliver under pressure.
